If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@pleninaturals.com.  Please note we only accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once we receive returned product in the form of a credit from original payment method. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
